Except for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, our products ship free of charge within the United States. We use FedEx Ground. Most ground items arrive in 5-7 days. If you would like your order to be shipped more quickly, freight charges will apply.
Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order. If the item is out of stock, we will call and let you know. In the event of a backorder, your packing list will show you which items are pending and when they will be available to ship. Items ordered together may not always ship together.
What to do if your items arrive damaged:
Thank you for your interest in Dana Gibson. We hope you will be pleased with your purchases. We work extra hard to package our products so that they arrive safely. If damage has occurred in shipping, save the damaged items and the box and give us a call. We will give you special instructions for pick up and make sure you get a replacement right away.
Returns and Exchanges:
Merchandise may be sent back for exchange, credit or refund within two weeks of purchase. Please note a 20% restocking fee will apply to returns to cover our shipping and handling costs. Refunds will be issued for products only if they are returned in their original condition. Please note that custom items cannot be exchanged. Custom items include all Signature items and any other items that have been custom colored such as a lampshade. Returns on delivered orders will incur return delivery costs plus a 20% restocking fee. Original delivery charges, if applicable, are not refundable.
Please pack and return merchandise to us in its original packaging. Be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. You are responsible for all shipping costs for returned merchandise.
Please include a note with your name , return address, daytime phone and/or email address that says what you are returning and why. Please let us know if you would like credit or a refund.
